The guy lived above was gone out of state, I called him one night, sounded like someone was in his apartment running back and forth dropping stuff like someone was having a party, he said no. Finally one day he told me the apartments were haunted and that he had little kids always playing when he was trying to sleep. He finally said one day ''listen I have

to sleep you have the apartment to yourselves all day let me sleep'', he said after that it was fine.
Another apartment, someone else lived there,

kids would always see a white light walk by the room, she would hear someone in the kitchen moving dishes around, setting them on the counter.

I live in the old Mercy Hospital. Several of the residents here have seen ghosts. When I first moved into my apartment I had friends over. The first one to get here immediately asked me who the little old man was in my living room.
