I've seen a white figure walk across my lawn! I freaked out and fell off the chair I stood on looking out the window. Now I'm 14 and I still hear footsteps in the hall way of the bedrooms and feel like some body is close to me when I'm alone in the hall way of the bedrooms.
I will some day find out what the heck has been going on.

Lived on 5th in one of those huge houses till I was 25. One night while sleeping on my tummy I was startled awake. Looked at the clock 3:15 am. Looked around my room and saw this little girl probably 12-13 years old with two long braids in her hair and a long black dress with a white apron over the top of it.

I could see my dresser through her. She just smiled and then went back into the dresser. Next day at breakfast I told my mom and sister what I saw. My sister said that she has been startled out of deep sleep and when she looked she thought it was me bothering her and the figure would walk out of her room.
Mom said that she has seen a little girl down the long hallway upstairs before. OK 3 sightings by three different people 3 different times and 3 different places. The house was over 100 years old when I lived in it so who knows who she was.
I wonder if she is still there?.
