Actually my family owns this house (mentioned in the previous input) now; we bought it in 2011. We haven't spent enough time there to know whether there are or aren't ghosts, but I can dispel a couple of the myths in that last post. The family of renters that moved out after two weeks did so because the furnace was improperly vented, and they nearly died of carbon monoxide poisoning. The home's owner at the time couldn't afford to replace the furnace, and the home eventually went into foreclosure. We bought it after it had sat on the market for well over a year. As the current owners we've not experienced anything paranormal, but we haven't spent much time there. We're in the process of remodeling, and it's going very very slowly simply due to how much it costs to do a complete and high-quality remodel. Not saying I don't believe there could be ghosts there. I'm certainly open to the possibility and where better than a former funeral home! Once we've finished the job and are living there, I'll let you know!!.

I grew up in Winn, Michigan and went to Blanchard everyday. There's a house on Main Street that used to be a funeral home but then turned into a house. My aunt looked at it when she was looking to buy a house but easily refused. The realtor told her stories she had in the house. She said the caretaker still haunts the place today, as do many others spirits that had there body fluids drained in the basement. The last owners left all their stuff there and left quickly only living there for two weeks. People were remodeling it but stopped in 2013 because of the haunting. So if you in town and looking for a scare call the realtor and stay. But beware.
