family that reported this has got to be the most honest group of people I've ever met.
I myself have been witness to many supernatural events in my own home. Both of my children, as toddlers, would point at a fan or a mobile, and it would begin to spin. If they looked away, it would abruptly stop. Eyes glow golden in the mirrors.
I once entered my parents' bedroom and said goodnight to my mother. I could see the outline of her on the bed.

She groaned and rolled over. I then went into the living room. About five minutes later, my sister and mom showed up. Nobody was in the bedroom.

summer in the basement I encountered a being. Unlike whatever that creeps the neighborhood, this being was benign. Perhaps it was even friendly. It was almost like a mirage consistency, about my height, and clearly with the shape of a human. I approached. What surprised me most was that, as I walked near or through the being, it was warm. It was not cold as I would expect.
I've tried to research the area but have come into many difficulties. I asked
