In downtown Carleton that rents out the bottom of a blue storey building. The upper levels are locked and inaccessible but from time to time, you can see people intensely staring out the giant windows in period clothing.

Been there with a group of friends just following the friends I was with I didn't want to go in the house. I didn't sense an evil; it was about 10 at night I walked through the house by myself leaving my group of friends in the basement..

Nothing happened. The only thing that creeped me out was the upstairs bedrooms were empty except for one.. It was made an perfectly clean in the one room. Just creepy! There's so many hideaways in this house you can tell it was built back in the day! But we tried going back again an we did not go in, we just stared at the house because we all had a terrible feeling an felt like something was in the house.
So... I'd suggest people not to go in it. Not only is the house probably for sale but because let it be at peace.
