In the upstairs of my house there are two rooms, one we don't use and one I sleep in. So I was walking through the unused room yesterday and I noticed a square of the wall in the closet had been opened.
I asked if anyone had opened it and no one had. Upon investigation we realized there was a small secret room behind the wall. The scariest part wasn't the room itself but that it opened by itself.

In the parking lot of the sports complex on Lawrence Street there is a ghost car sometimes. An old car from the 40s. It's parked there when the parking lot is empty except for the ghost car of course.

It doesn't appear ghostly but if you approach it it fades away like a mirage. It's only there if there are no other cars in the parking lot. So if you see a lone classic car parked in that parking lot go ahead and try to approach it, it'll fade away.
