I had a few haunted experiences while living in Croswell on Howard Street. One time I was in my room playing video games as a child when a heavy cabinet door that was usually really hard to open slammed open. There was no way it could have opened on its own. While living in the house I always felt like there was something in the closet looking at me. Another thing that happened was across the street from my house and a few houses down from the library.

There was a legend of a woman who died in childbirth, and you would see her dressed in a gown with blood on it, and she would just stand in the window.

There were times when you would hear her screams as though she was giving birth. I have seen her apparition more than once during my time living there. There was also another house next to the old IGA that you could see inside of it. It was filled with taxidermy animals, and from time to time while walking by the house you could see one or two of them move very clearly.
