I am reading the first new story on the second page of the Dewitt ghost sightings. And I was curious as to what bridge that would be? Is it on the looking glass river? What road is it on? I am curious because my friends and I were under a bridge in Dewitt on the looking glass and we have had very strange things happen.

I live in Dewitt Michigan. I enjoy walks at night and many times something ''unexplained'' will happen. One night I stopped a few times under a Street lamp to look at my phone and such and each time out of the corner of my eye I would see the shadow of a tall man in a tall hat standing right behind my shadow on the concrete.

On a separate occasion I would be able to hear what sounded like a dog's nails scratching the concrete as it walks behind me. When I would stop walking to try and listen better I'd hear it for a second and it would stop with me and then start up again as I started walking.
But the thing that happened every single solitary night was when I would come up to or walk under a Street lamp it would go out completely. At times two or three would go out around me and after about walking 50 years away from them they would flicker back on.
I've found reasons (that I'd rather not elaborate on) to not go down certain Streets when I see one or two Street lamps go off in whatever direction I considered going. I don't know if the town is just haunted or if the spirits that naturally roam our earth just enjoy messing with me!.
