Sometimes in the night you'll hear the horn of a train. The house I live in used to be a dentist office but before that used to store coal through a little flap that goes from outside to the basement.
A huge yellow house on North St. (opposite side of Minerva block). That yellow house used to be an old hospital which sort of scares me for some odd reason. Although in my hallway I was walking and I saw an apparition of a train conductor.

eyes and then he was gone. The man was wearing a complete uniform.

On a stretch of Canal Rd. Between Island and Bentley Hwy. there were many fatal car accidents. One such accident took place in winter when a man's car went off the road and landed in one of the deep irrigation trenches.
His body was not found until spring and when they found him he was frozen and had tried desperately to claw his way out of the trench. These fatalities have been well documented in the local papers.
Several people have witnessed a man in a white t-shirt and blue jeans with short dark brown hair walking toward the town late at night. You will always see the back of the man and as soon as your car goes to pass him he disappears.
