asked ''did you hear that?'' My husband said ''what did you hear? And she said ''a little girl laughing,'' but no one was there. Most recently we had all our lights go out; however, all the electrical items that were plugged in and on the same circuit breaker were still running. Just the lights all went out. The fridge, stove, heat, etc everything was working. Everyone that sees her when we asked what she looked like, they all describe her the same:

Now I want to talk about a very unlikely location that possibly has something going on: Target on Owen Rad. I might have to split this 'report' into another or several. I used to work there from 2010 to 2013. It wasn't until probably 2011 that I started hearing ''whispers'' among some of my seniors that the place might be haunted. Around Christmas time in 2010 and2011 one very early morning one of the janitorial staff approached the person in charge of security.
The janitorial staff at the time was made up of a well liked, sweet family; a woman, her husband, her daughter and two sons. The woman couldn't speak very good English, so I was helping to translate as best as I could since my Spanish was only mediocre at the time. The woman stated to me and this security supervisor (I forget all the designations Target uses) that she and her son were cleaning around 5 am long before the store opened, and they were vacuuming the woman's clothing section on the eastern side of the building. She said they saw a middle aged woman, white looking. She wasn't transparent, but she walked right through the 2 emergency doors going outside.
The supervisor checked the surveillance video, and I never saw it, but she said that the video wasn't great quality, but it did capture a woman going out those doors. It was too grainy and laggy to see whether she opened the doors or not. She also couldn't determine where the woman came out from because she sort of seemed to appear from out behind the son as he was vacuuming between clothing racks, and walking swiftly out the doors. The outside surveillance was even stranger as it showed nothing, and there were empty trash barrels placed in front of the emergency exit doors.
