Comment by Chris: After doing some research it appears that there used to be a Best Western hotel in the Target's location before it was built in 2006. Perhaps the hotel has something to do with the haunting?.

I live on North Leroy Street, and my house was built in 1870. One of the oldest residential homes in Fenton, and yes it seems to be haunted by someone or several some ones. I have seen several shadow people mainly in the living room. One in particular a very tall man with a wide brimmed hat has appeared right beside me in my old dining room on two separate occasions. I saw a family of five shadow people more than once, and we regularly hear footsteps and knocking on walls. I love this house, so I live with it, and they don't really bother anyone.

I have seen and heard weird things in my family house my mother did so checking up on the house and found out that a girl was murdered in the bathtub .. I would be laying in the shower and hear things and feel things that were not there .
