Back in 2001 my friend had to move back in with his parents. It was an old ranch style house near the high school. They were remodeling his new room in the basement one day and found an old military box in the wall.
Inside was an old war document a journal and a special service ring. This is were things started to unhinge. My friend woke one night to a click sound. Disoriented he stumble out of his room he went to investigate.

he touched it's surface.
No one to believe in the paranormal he wrote it off. But things began to escalate. His family as well as himself would hear voices when no one was there. Things would turn on by themselves. But it was the ring that my friend felt the most threaten by.
