I live on Pine Meadow and have experienced a few things since moving in. I used to have a cat, but I had to get rid of her since the owners do not allow pets here. When I first moved in I would be downstairs and would hear what sounded like shopping bags being played with. I was so used to having a cat that played with things like that regularly, so the noise didn't bother me. A couple of weeks later I began to hear footsteps upstairs while I was downstairs,

as well as what sounded like running on my stairs. That was when I first thought something was weird, but I still thought maybe it was my neighbor, and

I was just hearing things.
We have also had so many electrical issues since moving here. Our TVs will turn on and off; lights will flicker, or dim down while still on (these are not lights that have an option to dim.) Several of our electronic items have fried, and we have had to replace them. This could be something completely electrical related, but it's just weird. I've never lived in a place with these issues. Doors will also open and close
