I found the owner upstairs and told her what happened asking if she had been yelling for me. She smiled and said no it was the ghost! Apparently her daughter's nanny had also experienced this sort of thing many years ago.

I was working in a designer showhouse home on Windmill Pointe. It was 6 am and my partner and I we're alone in the house and locked in. I was running a vacuum when I saw a man dressed very formal in a grey suit with a grey hat standing at the side door.

I looked down to turn the vac off to talk to him. When I looked up he was gone! I checked the door and it was locked and I looked but no one was there. It was very unnerving!.

Comment by Carole: I know the boy that died. His name was Michael. He lived in what was a previous designer show house on Lakepointe, an old Georgian home. He was my son's good friend. I know his father. They moved to the farms. I don't recall any stories of their house being haunted, and I don't like the perpetuation of rumor related to this dear boy.

We live in the Farms on Touraine. A few times a year the activity seems to pick up. Usually it is just the sound of someone walking upstairs or in another room, but I have seen a child standing in the kitchen doorway before, and my daughters have both seen a ''small dark man'' upstairs in their room.
