I moved up here from Florida into an apartment on Jefferson with a lake view. One day I was sitting in my apartment when I saw this woman walking by my apartment, and she peered into my window. I went outside to ask her what she was doing. I had told her that someone lives in that apartment. She stated that she too had lived there 30 years ago. She was a very beautiful woman and was young in age.

The woman said that the apartment that I lived in used to be a two-story with the bedroom upstairs. She also stated that the lake water was very close to the apartment which is not the case now. She came up from the lake and was wearing very tall black waterproof boots. She was very kind and sweet, and then as suddenly as she had appeared, she disappeared.
On another occasion I was going to my car on a very cold winter morning, and another woman very soft spoken and quiet appeared in front of me. I said ''good morning'' a few times before she responded, and then very softly she said ''good morning. '' She stated that she was going to inside and clean the hall of the apartment, and then she too suddenly disappeared.
Now I see some kind of a smoky figure move across the room, and my cat gets on all fours and stares. You are probably wondering why I still live there. The reason is because they are not harmful to me, and I do not believe they will hurt me.
