I was sitting in the chair by the window in my living room and saw a man in a blue shirt walk past. I went outside to see why he was in my yard and he walked alongside my house and walked alongside my dog's kennel.
I asked why he was in my yard. Then there was a bright blue light that flashed then he was at the top of the hill in my back yard. He had a blue luminous light around him. You could see right through him. He was an older man with a rope

around his neck and had a solemn look on his face.
When my brother walked up by him he walked right through him and vanished.
