I lived in an old farm house, and the property was haunted. Any building that was put up became haunted. One instance I remember was when the neighbor kid and I were in the big barn talking, and his face went white as a sheet. He pointed over my shoulder. When I turned around the trap door going into the bottom of the barn was floating in mid air.
Another time was when my brother and I were up in the same barn where we had a rope swing coming

off the hay lift that ran the length of the barn. It was getting dusk, so we decided to go in for the night. He swung the swing at the loft pillar, and

it swung back. At the time I was walking toward the big double door. He swung it again as I got to the door, and I watched the swing go THROUGH one pillar then the other. We left it hanging in the middle of the barn and left. He, to this day, claims he has no memory of catching the swing or the half-mile walk to the corner and back that we did after we left the barn.
I lived in that house from 8 till I was 13 and have lots of creepy stories. I moved
