My brother got shot and died in a house in Lincoln Park on Mill Street. I continued to see his apparition until I moved out. He continues to haunt the house.

I lived in a house in Lincoln Park when I was 12 year's old, I lived with my mom, younger brother, older sister and step dad. Before I lived in this house I didn't believe in ''ghost's''. My room was in the basement along with the laundry room, a storm shelter and some type of workshop room from the previous owner's.
It all started one day while I was in my room, I had this walk in closet in my room that you could lock from the outside of the door. I was in there playing one day and heard my mom calling me from upstairs (remind you no one was home but me and my mother) so I went to get out of the closet and the door was locked from the outside, still till this day I have no idea how that happened.
One morning I was getting ready for school and no one else was awake but me and we had a dish strainer sitting on top of the stove and as I was walking up the stairs from my room I smelled something burning. As I entered the kitchen I saw that the dish strainer that was on the stove was on fire and the flame on the stove was on but the knob hadn't been turned.
