I was only six years old visiting the island with my family. We went to Fort Mackinac for a tour. The tour was going great until we got to the bar area where the soldiers would hang out. My grandmother entered the room first with my grandpa. My aunt and I were supposed to enter after them, but I couldn't go. I felt as though I was being pulled away from the door. Something was telling me not to go in that room. My feet felt as though they were planted to the floor. I didn't end up entering the room, and we resumed with the tour without issue. After leaving the room the tour guide informed us that there was once a brawl there that soldiers were killed in.

I visited Mackinac Island in July 2022 and stayed for one night at Iroquois on the 3rd floor. I was asleep when I felt a hand touch my forehead and say, ''I found them.'' I woke up screaming, but nothing was there.

One night we had been staying at Mission Point Hotel. My mom and I stayed up later than the rest of our family to go on the ''Haunts of Mackinac Tour'' (definitely worth the money). We walked back to our room around 1 in the morning creeped out from what we just heard. The hotel is very old styled so it was also a creepy place to be.
My mom and I went to bed perfectly fine but we're still scared. In the middle of the night the shower turned on by itself and back off by itself. This was my first experience with the supernatural so I was too terrified to get out of bed and so was my mom.
