Mattawan High School is surrounded by woods, and a farm is next to it. A long time ago a farmer hanged himself in those woods. The rope he used is still there. Also I've seen a ghostly figure walking around when I picked up my kids from school. My kids (and other students) have reported feelings of being watched and random cold drafts. I'm considering having them switch to Portage.

Comment by Mary: Mattawan is definitely surrounded by the presence of beings from the underworld. I am not being dramatic when I say that I am definitely being targeted. Someone wants me dead, and they have nearly succeeded. Mattawan Middle School was also knowingly built on an ancient burial ground. I heard that five of the original builders died in the process. An accident? Definitely not. I would suggest not living within a 5-mile radius of this demon town. I am also not being dramatic when I say that you will probably die if you live here. I am moving away tomorrow. If I live until then.
