One thing is the whole Mattawan town is not haunted only the old train station (that is now a house) and the old downtown shops. The town is nice and peace full and the later Elementary is haunted too.
The later Elementary caught on fire back in the early 1900's. A lunch lady and 17 students died there. People say you can see the students outside on the play ground or around the building. The lunch lady has been seen at the kitchen or in the cafeteria.

Also people who go to the down town memorial park. That was the yard for the train station.
