I worked at the Subway in downtown Monroe, and I wasn't the only worker who thought it was haunted. We'd close by ourselves, and I heard things while I was in the store by myself. Once I was going to the bathroom after the store was closed, and I heard a knock on the bathroom door.

I used to live on Hubble Street between 7th and 8th when I was young. An old lady would stare over my bed and move things around. We could smell perfume in one of the bedrooms by the stairs.

I lived in a house with my parents for eight years on 4th Street between Monroe Street and Washington Street next to a small alley way. We were told the man who build it was a doctor and practiced medicine in the home. The odd rooms are all still there, including an old x-ray room which was my bedroom with a second door and a tiny side room. The other room was an old work room where he had the sink and medical implants and medicine. When you first walk in the front door of the house, there still is a store front business door for the front entrance. All 3 rooms were the most coldest in the house. The house was dark and dense.
My room was unable to get warm in the winter. There were voices heard by groups of voices talking in a whisper when I wasn't home I was told. When they open the door the voices would stop. There was a black shadow that walked around that took on my appearance and would be seen walking in the home.
