I live in an old house on Old Channel Trail in Montague. It is about a hundred years old. Old Channel Trail used to be Indian paths, and there are known burial grounds around. One early morning all lights were off, no TVs, and no toys on. My son and I were leaving the house, and we heard a voice directly in front of us speaking ''CHOO CHOO''. It was not demonic or scary, but it was very unusual. Interestingly, there are old railroad tracks behind the house

which is now bike paths.
A couple of years ago a girlfriend was staying in my house while I was gone for the weekend. She left the house in a complete

panic as she heard the voice of a little child say to her ''hello. '' Later that summer this very old man right out of a Friday the 13th movie stopped at my garage sale, and with his glazed over cataract eyes pointed behind my privacy wall and said he remembered when the little boy drowned back there in our pool.
