The whole area around Rosevere Park has an ominous feeling, very heavy and oppressive. I would not go there at night. I have also had experiences at Oakwood Cemetery. Something (s) very awful have happened in this area.

S Oak St apartment. Me and my now ex wife lived there. We're sleeping in back bedroom which is located near the kitchen. Well we were sleeping and me and my wife woke up at around 3 am in the morning saw a dark shadow above us and then our bed started shaking. Looked into history of place and never found any kind of stuff on it. Currently any tenant that has lived there I have noticed nobody stays living there very long at all. We lived there for 2 months and then bailed out of there even though we signed a 1 year lease.
