Comment by anonymous: First off I don't believe in ghosts, but I had to go see what all the hype was about, and to my surprise I left scared. Green lights shadow figures in the road tree branches braking and what sounded like chains being drug down the road. I started investigating this on line and saw the post about the shoe sacrifices. I went back a few days later and threw two pairs of shoes up into the tree and parked on the second hill, and the ghost appeared. I've been leaving shoes every time I go back, and every time the figure appears. I've tried to get a video, but as soon as I turn on camera the figure disappears.
I've have found that the ghost makes it presence known more frequent the week leading up to Halloween night. Last year on Halloween evening the figure appeared closer than ever before, and when it finally left I noticed something on the hood of my truck. It was a Amish girl's head bonnet with what looked to be a muddy 3 fingered hand print. I took it home and left it on the dash of my truck, and in the morning I went back out to the truck to get it to show my wife it was gone. I will be back again this year. I'm bound and determined to get actual physical evidence. Happy hunting.

I have heard stories about the mysterious ''paris green lights'' for years myself and several others decided to check out the legend. In the summer of 2009 we had went there about 4 different nights 2 out of the 4 nights we had experienced the phenomenon! It's real! And it's legit!! How do I know it's legit? Because before experiencing the green glowing lights that appear then disappear and sometimes dart back and forth across the road and sometimes stay right in the middle of the road and get closer to your vehicle.

We had checked the road closely for footprints right where the green glowing light appears and there was no human footprints! If it was a hoax they would have left tracks in the road! I can't wait to check them out again this summer it is a popular place so there is usually people parked there at night waiting to see the lights too both nights we saw the lights we were the only ones there when there was someone else there too we didn't experience anything! I don't think the ghost likes big audiences! Haha!.

We just went to the ghost road in Paris Michigan we heard all the stories and the folklore so we decided to check it out. We sat out there about 45 minutes and we didn't see anything just the faint greenish glow of in the distance that seems to get closer.
