There's a house on Coleman Street in Waterford with three adjoined apartment. I lived in the small one. For sure a ghost was in there.

I know about that apartment on Orchards Lake, my mom used to live there in the early 80s. She lived in an apartment that a man and his kid burned to death a couple years before she moved. She said she found out because she kept hearing kids playing. Then she actually saw the man. She said the man wore a uniform with his name on it. The neighbors told her about the deaths and my mom even had the right name of the man.
