I'm going to start keeping a better roster of oddities in this apartment as the months go by I'm not a firm believer in ghosts or apparitions but something strange is going on and I'm tired of feeling blamed for them.

I'm not sure how to really go about this, but here's my story. It was some time in late fall and I was about 15 and my mom and dad were at some party. Around 3 or so o'clock in the morning my brother woke me up and told me to listen for a sound in our basement and I started to and I heard my dad's weights shifting as if someone was pumping iron. And when I got up to see if my parents were home I found out they were still out and I made my way to the basement. I saw what I thought was a blur in the shape of a man that had to be at least 5 or 5 and a half feet tall and I must say even when I walk the streets of downtown I can never escape the feeling that something is watching me.
