A house on Hancock Street in Saginaw was built on crossroads so to speak. I checked the area on old Saginaw city map from 1877, and back when Hancock was known as Franklin Street. There was an alleyway where this house is today, so that is crossroads. It is haunted by several spirits. In the first floor apartment tenants have seen a young teenage girl aged around 18 or 19 dressed in late 19th century clothes in the back bedroom near the closet in the room. She has been seen in other parts of that apartments.
While in the basement claims have been made of someone or something unseen grabbing their legs and touching them. Some sensitives have felt something or someone down there. Last in the second floor apartment upstairs there are two little boys that play around up there. They are believed to belong to Frederick family that owned and lived in the early 20th century around the 1910s and 1920s. There are many more ghosts in this house that can be felt.

I was volunteering at Perry's Schuch Hotel in Saginaw in about 2011, and I saw an orb come from the kitchen and move towards the bar. I also a face of gentleman with dark mustache that curled up at the ends. The man had on derby hat brown in color. He was in far corner closest to kitchen door. This took place before the bar was open, and I was helping getting it ready. I also heard voices on the second floor. The ghosts like to play by calling your names.

The house on the 900 block on corner of Hancock and N. Porter is haunted by Thomas who committed suicide on the back facing N. Porter Street in Saginaw. Thomas worked at the bank on corner of Court and Hamilton during depression on September 1921. He hung and shot himself on the back porch.
