It is also said you can hear weeping among the remaining old growth forest of the former woods where houses costing over quarter of a million dollars now stand. If you look closely you may see the spirit of a Native American grieving over loss of his sacred woods.
It is as though Miss Mary as she was known will not rest until the houses are torn down and the woods returned to their former glory. She died in the 1960s and returns some 50 years

later because her rest has been disturbed.

Apparitions of old women and black mists have been seen there in addition to unexplained noises. Statues in the old den now a master bedroom have been said to move and black shadow people move in and out of that room.
Dolls move on their own during the night and are not where they were left the previous day. Late at night door knobs rattle and footsteps can be heard in the dining room. Rumors are that the original builders / owners of the house threw wild parties during prohibition in the 1920s and may have practiced witchcraft!
It is said that the widow of the original owner died in the master bedroom/former den. No pictures are uploaded to protect privacy of present owners.
