On 101 Street my entire family experienced everything from seeing shadow figures to having things thrown at us. Often at night if I looked outside, I could see a man who was a solid shadow walking across the yard and sometimes in the drive way. As I got older, occurrences only increased, and I experienced a massive change in personality.
As soon as I moved out, my behavior became normal again. The most frightening experience I ever had at this house

was as an elementary age kid. It was Christmas Eve, and my parents had shut the door, so ''Santa'' could come. I shared the room with two of my sisters
|
who were fast asleep. Suddenly I felt my bed getting bumped into as if someone was walking around it and walking into the edge of it.
My room was very well lit by a fish tank. I could not see anything except my bed moving. Then very near my head I heard very labored breathing. Now at the time I was deeply religious and naive. I thought this must be my guardian angel. The raggedy breathing continued until I eventually fell asleep.
