I quickly turned and said hi dad but no one was there. My dad did walk up there stairs a little bit later and I asked if he had come upstairs... He told me he did not. I told him what I had seen...
As I remember what the man looked like he had white hair and what looked like a flannel gown. He then told me that he has seen the same man in the attic and his back was also touched by this man. After my dad and his roommates moved out the house was condemned

Lived on 4th Street next to the lake in the winter of 2010-2011. One night we had a poltergeist ransack the house including overturning the bathroom, one of the bedrooms, and slamming and pounding on my bedroom door (it was closed).
Went on for precisely 1 hour before we made a break for it. When we opened the door my cat (who was shut in the bedroom with me under the bed) was already down the hallway when the door never opened.
I was terrified and only returned the next day to collect my things... At which time the porcelain bathtub was stained red-brown and could not be unstained... (the tub was original to the house built circa 1915). My roommate accused me of dying my hair in the tub which I definitely did not do. (creepy)
