I live on Bradley Road near Wolf Road. A couple of my friends and I were hanging out in the garage late at night. I heard whistling from inside the house, and my friend John and I went to check it out since the only other person home was my three-month old sister. It was really loud. We realized it was coming from the basement, and it was not our imagination. My friend wanted to ignore it, but I said he would've wanted to investigate if it was his house. He

agreed to come.
We walked down the stairs, and it smelled like cigarettes. We ran up the stairs without a word because without a question, we knew

something was down there, and I didn't want to handle it. I locked the basement door from the outside.
The next morning when my mom came home she immediately rushed me to the living room and told me about the person that had lived here before us. He had died in the basement due to an addiction to cigarettes, and she would have the basement removed very soon but told me to stay away from it for now.
