Me and my friend went to the train tracks behind the Legion Post. We were just exploring, and we came across a distinct blur in the distance. Then we heard the church bells ring four times even though it was five o'clock. As the figure disappeared, we left. We later found notes left for us from someone unknown. If you have seen this figure, leave a comment please. We are trying to figure what this figure is and where it is.
