I was camping at Berlin Lake in deer field Ohio many years ago and we all saw a black ship with black sails, and all that just float right by us. It wasn't a boat, it was an actual ship like what pirates would have sailed on. It was floating by then just disappeared. To this day I wonder if it was even real because it happened so fast and then was just gone.

My grandparents live in a very old bicentennial house in Berlin Center that was built in the late 1800's. Several people have witnessed several unusual things in the house. When I was about 13 years old I saw a ghost sitting in a chair in my grandparents house when I woke up from a nap.
I was unable to move or scream or anything when I saw the ghost. I later described the ghost to my grandmother who didn't seem very surprised since she has witnessed many unusual things in the house.
