My daughter had a friend who lived there when she was about 13 or 14 years old. While staying the night there on weekend she and her friend swore they saw a black winged creature with red eyes jump onto the roof of a house while they were out late one night.

My daughter was afraid to tell me at first because it was so late at night but swears to me she saw it and her friend did too. Apparently there is an old house there that was once a hospital but no one lives in it because it is so haunted.
