I live on falls road right past the library and when I was walking home on the road one day I saw a man in a black suit and Fedora holding a brief case. The suit almost looked pin-striped (like one of those old-timey gangsters) and at first I thought nothing of it other that he had to be pretty hot because it was about 80 degrees out that day.
But when I looked down at the road again and then back up he wasn't there. I never saw his face just his back

and it's kind of shook me up so I ran the rest of the way home.

Chagrin falls Ohio has many ghosts. I've seen several people post stories about Chagrin Falls intermediate school which has had constant hauntings since the property was converted from a women's school many years ago.
The most haunted area in the commercial district of Chagrin Falls is on the north side of town from Chagrin Hardware down to River Run Theater and the Chagrin Valley Little Theater and the rest of those two blocks over to Chagrin Blvd/Orange Street.
