At my cousin's old house on Three Locks Road right outside of Chillicothe we would be sitting in the dining room on the computer and there would be a black figure run up and down the stairs. We would see it from the corner of our eye and when we would look over the computer would shake.

Then if you would be in the living room the computer would shut on and off. We would think it was because of the train but one night there was no train. If you would stay in a room by yourself in that house you would hear your name be whispered in your ear while you are just standing there.

This happened at three locks road right outside of Chillicothe. One night while my 7 year old cousin and I were home alone we lay in the living room. All the lights in the house were on. My 14 year old cousin was down the road babysitting.
