Kevin Young was working for the railroad and as his train was going past town he fell off while attempting to do some repairs on the outside of the train while it was moving. He wasn't supposed to do it but he did it anyway since he had done similar things many times before.
He died when he fell off and he has been haunting the tracks here ever since that day. If you go to the tracks right about where the tunnel goes under and call out his name over

and over he will come and try to push you.
He can't push hard but you can feel it.
