When I was younger I was in an old house farm (I still am.) I was about 5 or 6. I was in the second living room. It was just me and my mom because my dad went to work. I looked at the stairs, and I saw an old soldier holding a gun over his soldier. He had a beard, and he looked like he was from World War I or II. He would switch between the bottom and top of the stairs. Sometimes at night I would be in my room, and all of my toys would just turn on by themselves even if they had no batteries. Then I got older, and we worked on the house more and more, and stuff started to cool down. I saw no more ghosts, no more spirits, and no more demons since then till I was 11. At night since I would think ''I'm a big girl,'' I would sleep alone in my big room upstairs. My room is the biggest bedroom in the house. I was lying there and kept seeing a woman in a white dress. But now I never see her anymore... Now I don't see them.

I used to live at 5xx N. Maple Street. This was about 11 years ago now. My room was the one above the bedroom downstairs. I picked that room because the one across the hall gave me a very bad feeling whenever I went in it. One night I was cleaning my room I had the door open, and I saw something move in the doorway. I turned to look, and there was a man standing there. He turned and walked down the stairs. I was frozen still; I'm shock. Not a few seconds later he came back up the stairs turned and looked right at me. He turned into the other room and disappeared. Another time I was sitting in the living room. You can see through the hallway into the back room where we had a desk. I was talking with my mom when I saw a woman sitting in the chair. She turned towards me waved and then disappeared.

I've lived here for over twenty years and I believe places are haunted and people are haunted. The house I pretty much grew up in didn't seem scary until I got older. I would hear someone say my name all the time and either everyone was asleep or not home.
I moved out with my bf to an apartment off of 127 on the south end of town. There the voices got louder and things would happen like cabinets opened and closed. One night the TV was off and our cat was laying on the bed facing the TV he started hissing and then the TV did some kind of a surge where there was a white dot on the screen like it just shut off.
