Neighbor in upstairs apartment called management and fire dept because smoke was pouring out from under our door. When mgt. Opened door, with neighbor and fire dept. Present also, smoke vanished, all lights, TV, cable box, stereo, even walk-in closet lights were on.
We came home in the middle of this scenario, with all present telling us about it. All windows were locked from inside. That night a bright light shone through heavy curtains, so bright that the light through pinholes in the curtains lit the entire bedroom.

There was a creek and woods 20 feet behind the window, so no car lights possible. Light was blue-bright like a tig welder. Nothing out there but the light. We got the hell out of there real soon afterward.

There are several apartments in complexes in Fairfield that have 'unusual things' happen.
