Three miles east outside of Felicity, Ohio sits a known haunted cemetery called Smyrna Cemetery. The legend behind Smyrna Cemetery tells about a Shawnee woman named Sweet Lips that has been reported to roam the cemetery trying to find her tribe after she was tomahawked in the back of the head as she was knelt over her own grave and then burned after she fell in. I have visited Smyrna Cemetery numerous times in attempt to capture Electronic Voice Phenomenon (EVP) and pictures and videos, but with no luck.
One day I and two of my brothers went to the cemetery to record an exploration video for my YouTube channel. During the filming, I was able to take pictures during the recording. When we got closer to the generals vault, we all had a feeling we were being watched from the tallest tomb stone. When we pointed our cameras around to the spot, we captured a white misty figure walk behind the tall stone and vanish. When we walked over to check it out, we had a bad vibe coming from behind us again after leaving the generals vault.

I didn't grow up here but my parents and grandparents have told me stories about this man they call ''The Black Cape''. He wore a black cape and either a boiler hat or a top hat. But they often saw him in the Felicity Cemetery and in the field behind it was a hearse or a car that he often went to as well.
This man would appear out of nowhere even in town behind the farm houses. If anyone knows anything about this man please let me know. No one seems to have seen him recently and it seems to be only kids that see him.
I'm just curious to find out.

Comment by Mike: Hello Hailey. I have witnessed the ''the black cape'' recently in the cemetery as I was walking in the cemetery one night. When I witnessed him it was about mid-way towards the back field. I plan on returning there soon to do some EVP work and photograph work.
