I used to live in the apartments right behind Charlie's Garage and I have heard a little girl saying mommy. She hangs out on the top apartment, she seems lost and wanted her mommy. My girls have told me they saw here, she had a habit of moving things and playing hide and seek. One day when I was doing my laundry as soon as I lifted the lid to the washer I heard her giggle.

I live in Felicity Ohio and I am only eleven years old. I was washing the dishes and there was a glass cup on top of the fridge and it looked like something smacked it off the fridge. It almost hit me. Glass shattered everywhere, my mom was a witness. So me and a few friends went to the library in Felicity to get some information. I'm scared, what if it happens again and hurts somebody. It's happened a few times.
