This happened just outside Fort Loramie when we were heading towards Piqua on 66. My husband and I were driving down 66 one night around 11 pm. We came upon a little girl about 4 in the ditch on our side. She was wearing a white gown. After we passed her I told my husband to turn around. He did. We went back to the area, but we didn't see her again. There were no houses in this area. To this day we both feel like we saw a ghost. I have tried to find something

that may have happened in that area, but I never found anything.
