My wife and I live in the Franklin area (carlise). One day we noticed that one of the older homes along the river was having an open house so we decided to check it out. We were not interested in buying the house we were interested in what it looked like inside.

Being that we are interested in ghost I bought along my digital recorder and placed it in my shirt pocket. We were greeted by the real estate lady and she let us walk around to look over the place.
Nothing unusual on the first floor but when we walked up to the second floor I noticed that the floor was painted but then I noticed that the floor was not painted near a rug on the floor. I picked up 1 end of the rug and sure enough the floor had been painted around the rug.
Looking in the next room on the same floor I noticed that the floor had been painted under a rug in that room and the rest of the rooms floor was natural wood with no paint. We thought this was unusual for such a beautiful house.
