My husband and I were newlyweds and we rented a big yellow house over the bridge going towards Nelson, but really just past the old middle school. We were told it used to be an old hotel, it had many rooms upstairs but we rented the bottom part. We hadn't yet had our phone turned on but I kept hearing the phone ring. One night I heard it ringing and ringing and next morning we started moving out. We were in and out in the same week, the thing that persuaded

us was I answered the phone. That's how loud it rang truly.

I lived in house right next to Dr. Pings and a lot of things happened there. TV turning on and off all the time, the TV surfing all the time and wouldn't stay on channel I was watching, fire alarm going on and off. I have been a witness to this. My daughter left her daughter's shoes at my house and I wasn't home so I told her to go in and get them. They were in the upstairs bedroom, when she went to get them she walked by the TV and it came on. She would never go back up there again.
