I have one place that is most definitely haunted. The old high school by the fairgrounds is haunted, and nobody is allowed to access the inside. Now there are a couple of my friends that have been brave enough to enter the abandoned place and not come out the same. If you go to the window near the gym, you may see a coffin on the stage of the gym, and in that coffin are burnt bibles where the story states that devil worshipers once did there bidding in there.

Another story states that a man or teenager hung himself on the basketball hoop. Now my story is that my friend hit the glass of the top window a few years back. He lived next to the building and got fed up with the voices he heard coming from the place, so he threw a brick at the window of the top of the building. It didn't break. He threw that brick full force, and as we were walking away from the building, he yelled ''yeah that's right you all ain't nothing. '' He was talking to the things in the building, and as he said those words, I kid you not the windows from the top of the building rattled and shattered with full on force from the inside. Ever since then my friend will not speak to anybody about what he hears or sees anymore. He won't go near the building or even speak of it.

You just know there are eerie feelings while walking by that somebody's watching you. They are from that building. There's also a story that says there was the janitor working late night one night cleaning up the place. He was trapped in the boiler room at the bottom in the basement and mysteriously burned to death while the building caught fire. When you ask the police about the building they avoid the subject. There has been multiple suicides tide to the building and deaths in the building, but nobody will post or talk about the old Georgetown High School at all. It's been abandoned for God knows how long and closed to the public because of these deaths. I was a nonbeliever until that night visiting the place.

Comment by John: This story of the old Georgetown school is not true. JC Penney used to have a business in this building. A short lived restaurant and a beauty shop were in this school building. This building is now closed and up for sale but not because of any haunts.
