It was October 23rd, 2010. My beautiful wonderful man was on a trip to the Nascar Martinsville Race. It was a Sunday evening, and he was expected home the following day. My daughters and I spent the day bonding and talking about all different sorts of subjects. We come from a very spiritual background and had some discussions of ghost and spirits earlier that day and into the evening. We were sitting outside at dusk when we heard a rustling in the leaves

behind the out-building. The old lady next door likes to collect stray cats, and we thought it was most likely a cat finding its way back to her yard.

Then we heard it again. This time it sounded like footsteps. I yelled ''I'll call the police. You need to get out of my yard. '' My daughter thought I was silly but went along anyway. We went into the home and locked all the windows and doors. I thought that maybe someone knew that my fellow was out of town, and we were home alone. That evening went on as a normal Sunday evening would.
My oldest daughter went to bed about 9:30 pm. My youngest
