already in bed asleep. As I was dozing off I heard the familiar sound of that closet door opening and closing (banging and all.
) this jolted me awake because I knew no one else was up at that hour. I opened my bedroom door and stepped into the hallway to see who was getting into the closet. At that very same moment my mom (a very light sleeper ) opened her bedroom door and said was that you who just opened the closet door in the hallway? I said

Maybe it was one of girls. So we both opened the door to my sisters' bedroom and all 3 were soundly asleep in their beds. We then checked the

rest of the house (including the closet. ) no one was there.
My 3rd: this experience happened in the same house about 1991 a few days before my mom passed away. She was bed-ridden in her bedroom while the family was gathered in the living room. I don't remember how many of us saw it but as we glanced down the hallway mom's bedroom door was open...
And we saw the shadow of someone moving in her room. My sisters pam and Tina saw what I did and
