It's true about Hinckley Ohio asylum - a negative energy surrounds the asylum deep in the woods near Whipp Ledges. Ghostly talking has been heard inside the building and some witnesses have reported seeing children peering out the windows. So who ever said there is no mental hospital, liar.

Comment by X: I tried to find this place however there is no directions on how to get there so basically here is my experience. I drove on Bellus road and made a right on Parker. I went past a big open field on the left.
I started to go down this hill. I saw a sign on this gate that said Taki. A road is there but it is a dead end. You will have to park somewhere and walk. I saw what appeared to be an abandoned building that was white and had windows on it.
Whoever said this place was deep in the woods is completely full of it. Not to mention if this place really existed how come no one has taken pictures of it and posted it on the web? Not to mention my friend said somehow she stumbled upon it a couple years ago and said this building was huge.
The building I saw wasn't really all that big.

Comment by Karen: I also have been there back in the 60s. It's a big building with ghostly figures in the window. It's off Bellus Road, the family owns it and it's sealed off. Police do come up the hill and we were told to leave, there is a no trespassing sign on the fence.
Comment by Frank: We know who owns the haunted asylum building, it's up the steep narrow hill off Whipps Ledges. Take Bellus road to get there. For the people like Josh and Dave who said there isn't one go back see for yourself in the day time maybe you won't get lost this time.
