I lived in Kipton for over ten years and I do believe there is ghost phantoms what ever you want to call em they are there year after year unexplainable things would happen ashtrays lifting off dressers black shadows following me down the old railroad sticks getting clanked together in the backyard with no one there.
But the town is very peaceful and friendly there may not be much there these days but it is a great place to build a family.
